열간 등방압 가압법이란?
열간 등방압 가압법(Hot Isostatic Pressing, HIP)은 높은 압력(최대 2,000bar / 200Mpa)과 온도(최대 1,450°C)의 적용을 기반으로 주로 금속 부품과 세라믹 부품을 밀착시키는 데 사용되는 제조 과정입니다. 따라서 밀도를 높이고 우수한 기계적 특성을 부여하기 위해 이코스와 세라믹을 사용합니다. 가장 까다로운 분야에 적용되는 HIP:
